Outpatient Primary Care

We believe in accessible care for all. Unfortunately, lack of access to quality primary care remains a problem in economically disadvantaged communities across the nation.

We operate primary care clinics in low-income, rural, and primary care deserts. We aim to expand access to primary care to medically underserved communities across the country.

We also establish clinics in partnership with religious organizations, homeless shelters, transitional housing organizations and health departments to serve populations in need

Measures of Success

By tracking key performance indicators, we identify areas for improvement, ensure adherence to best practices, and ultimately enhance the overall quality of care and patient satisfaction. This is essential in providing quality substance abuse medical care as they enable the continuous monitoring and evaluation of treatment effectiveness, patient outcomes, and program efficiency.
